These terms cover use of the NeverMiss Dispatch website and the demo phone line. Services for client businesses are described in a separate agreement with each business.
What we do
NeverMiss Dispatch sets up and tunes AI phone answering for home-service businesses: answering calls, booking appointments, flagging emergencies to the business's on-call staff, and sending call summaries.
The demo line
The demo number, +1 (972) 807-7870, answers as "Summit Comfort HVAC", a fictional company. It is for trying the assistant only. No real service will be booked or dispatched, and calls are recorded. Do not use it for a real emergency. If you smell gas, hear a CO alarm or are in danger, leave the building and call 911.
AI limitations
The assistant is software and can make mistakes. Client businesses remain responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling and emergency response.
Calls and texts
Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed, as explained in our Privacy page. Texts are only sent with consent; reply STOP to opt out.
